4. Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please contact our customer service team. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

5. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., an incorrect or damaged item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

6. Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards and downloadable products are non-refundable.
