Editorial Reviews
Growing up in Hong Kong, Marks and Spencer was a beloved brand in my family—a symbol of quality and trust. Reading this book brought back fond memories while offering a fascinating look into the journey of this iconic retailer.
The author skillfully chronicles the company’s golden era, its dramatic decline, and the ongoing efforts to reclaim its status. The analysis of leadership decisions, market pressures, and consumer trends paints a clear picture of how even the most admired brands can falter.
As a loyal customer, I found the updated insights on its recovery particularly compelling. This book isn’t just about business; it’s about a brand that has touched the lives of so many, including mine.
