About the Author
Jane Houng is a Hong Kong–based author of children’s and young adult books, including Bloodswell, Hong Kong History Girl, and Under Lion Rock. A graduate of the Vermont College of Fine Arts (MFA in Writing for Children & Young Adults), she has also published with Oxford University Press and Pearson. Beyond writing, she founded Becky’s Bathhouse and other initiatives supporting vulnerable communities.
