2. Purchasing and Redeeming E-Gift Cards

• E-Gift Cards can be purchased online at StarryFerryBooks.com.
• E-Gift Cards are available in various denominations and can be used to purchase any product available on StarryFerryBooks.com.
• To redeem an E-Gift Card, enter the unique code provided in the E-Gift Card email at checkout.

3. Expiration and Validity

• E-Gift Cards are valid for five (5) years from the date of purchase.
• Any remaining balance on an E-Gift Card after the expiration date will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or credited.

4. Balance and Use

• E-Gift Cards can be used multiple times until the balance reaches zero or the card expires.
• If the purchase amount exceeds the E-Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method.
• E-Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

• E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If a purchase made with an E-Gift Card is returned, the refund will be applied to the E-Gift Card.

6. Lost or Stolen E-Gift Cards

• Starry Ferry Books is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of E-Gift Cards. Treat your E-Gift Card code as you would cash.

7. Fraud

• Starry Ferry Books reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold for review any E-Gift Card or order for suspected fraud, unauthorized, or unlawful activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Starry Ferry Books makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to E-Gift Cards, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• In the event an E-Gift Card is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, will be the replacement of such E-Gift Card.

9. Changes to Terms

• Starry Ferry Books reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your use of an E-Gift Card after any change in these Terms will constitute your acceptance of such change.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Starry Ferry Books operates.
